Vertium is a stunning new building which is the result of collaboration between three of Europe’s leading property companies – United Investment Real Estate (Germany’s largest investment management company), U+I, and Ronan Group.

We created a brand strategy and marketing communications programme for this 16,000 sq m development.

Vertium is a visionary building with uninterrupted internal spans of almost 100m. Its panoramic form creates a strikingly open internal space with capacity for a 2000 strong workforce. It is designed for large corporations seeking ‘statement’ headquarters which would help attract and retain high calibre staff.

The production values of all the executional elements reflected the quality and ambitions of the development.

The Results

Amazon, the online retail giant, leased the building 12 months prior to completion.
