A new sophisticated identity and digital experience for a beloved Irish brand.

TC Matthews have been part of the fabric of Irish homes for over 100 years, with eight stores across Leinster. As part of our scope, Originate were tasked with redesigning the TC Matthews brand identity, brand strategy, a new e-commerce website, social media creative and performance marketing along with all in-store touch-points. We worked closely with the TC Matthews team to redefine the company's brand values and tone of voice and identify their key target audience and consumer. Overall, the new vibrant and sophisticated identity aims to elevate the TC Matthews brand, and highlight their expertise, craftsmanship and quality. The new brand visual language is supported by our new tagline – The Art of Fine Floors.

As part of our digital strategy we looked to redefine the role of on-line within the category with a change in the usual user experience. We worked to create a best in class website with unique functionality and simplified the customer journey from selection to purchase.
