Our brief was to bring this new brand to life in a way that would inspire prospective homebuyers seeking the advantages of city living in a country setting. We created a distinctive brand that captured the appeal of having nature as your neighbour. Evocative photography, arresting illustrations and compelling copy allowed us to build engagement and convey Clay Farm’s aspirational and sustainable lifestyle.
